HYROX
HYROX is the original world series of fitness racing that combines running and 8 functional movement standards. It's an inclusive workout concept that unites people of all fitness levels to enhance their endurance, strength and overall fitness performance.
metcon
Short for metabolic conditioning, metcon describes a type of workout that most commonly combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercise. During a metcon workout, you moderately to intensely exert yourself for a prolonged amount of time.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) takes your cardio workout to another level. Alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery improves the functions of your heart and lungs as well as burning fat.
ABS, GLUTES & LEGS
The Abs Glutes & Legs class is a lower-body resistance training that focuses on building strong glutes, hamstrings, quads and sculpting your core. Our trainer will let you feel that burn for a few days.

The Surf Strength Class improves your mobility, strength and endurance to become a better surfer. The Class is divided into two parts. A body weight flow to improve mobility and surf movements. The second part focuses on strength exercise through functional training.

Incorporating strength methods, as well as traditional stretching techniques; Mobility training increases range of motion, prevents injuries, and improves posture. It enhances athletic performance, reduces stiffness and pain, and promotes overall health and well-being. Regular mobility training can improve daily life and movement patterns, leading to a more comfortable and efficient body.

Step into the art of eight limbs with our Muay Thai class designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced fighters. This dynamic session focuses on building strength, agility, and technique while hovering the rich traditions of Muay Thai.
Jiu-Jitsu
Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling sport with the goal of controlling an opponent and using techniques like joint locks and chokeholds to force a submission.
In the class we learn about technique and leverage, allowing you to defend yourself against a larger, stronger opponent.
CALISTHENICS handstands
Hand-balancing is the art of supporting your bodyweight, upsidedown. It requires balance, coordination and upper body pushing strength. Used by many practitioners, notably; gymnasts, martial artists, yogis, breakdancers & capoeristas.

This feat of strength consists of pulling yourself up and over the bar/gymnastic rings, before pushing to complete the movement. It requires sophisticated technique, stability, and is a full pull/push/core movement
BOXING
Boxing is one of the best ways to prepare to defend yourself in a physical altercation. It combines punching drills and conditioning exercises that can improve your heart health, strength, endurance, balance and coordination. It also teaches you how to manage your fears and it helps build self confidence.
KETTLEBELLS
One of the oldest modalities of training to exist, these 'cannonballs with horns' can be used to strengthen your body, your grip and your heart. With the right technique, you have a gym in the palm of your hand.
