Yusup Ahmad is a martial arts athlete and coach.
As an athlete:
Started Muaythai in 2013. Competed in MMA since 2016. Won national and international medals, including a bronze at the 2014 World Muaythai Championship.
As a coach:
Coached teams in Indonesian Olympic Games (2016, 2024) with multiple medals. Coached fighters to become champions in Bali 2023.
Certifications:
Muaythai and Kickboxing coaching licenses.

I’m Tomas, a French-Argentine raised in London. You’ll find me around the gym coaching HYROX, HIIT, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—or cracking a joke or two. With 4 years as a Personal Trainer, nearly 10 years training in BJJ (and 3 years coaching), plus 2 years in Strength & Conditioning, I bring both experience and energy to every session. My goal: make training effective, fun, and something you’ll actually look forward to.
ALDIN
Aldin started working at Loka in 2022 as a housekeeper in the gym and recovery center. He first started showing an interest in Muay Thai 2023 and started to helping in the classes as a pad holder. He recently won his first fight in Bali top fighter fight night. He also represented Lombok in the national Muay Thai championship winning a bronze medal. Watching Aldin making his way from housekeeping to running his own sparing classes has made us very proud.
ADI
Adi delivers our surf strength classes and one-on-one sessions built for real results. With deep experience leading fitness programs, he helps clients move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.
MANU
I’m Emanuela - but everyone calls me Manu. I’m an Italian boxing coach with a lifelong passion for the sport. After 10 years as an amateur boxer, with nearly 40 matches in the ring, I now bring that same discipline and precision to my coaching.
You’ll find me focused on technique, details, and helping every student build real confidence through boxing. I especially love inspiring more girls to step into the ring.
My goal: to help you fall in love with boxing while becoming stronger, sharper, and more confident every session.
