I’m Tomas, a French-Argentine raised in London. You’ll find me around the gym coaching HYROX, HIIT, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—or cracking a joke or two. With 4 years as a Personal Trainer, nearly 10 years training in BJJ (and 3 years coaching), plus 2 years in Strength & Conditioning, I bring both experience and energy to every session. My goal: make training effective, fun, and something you’ll actually look forward to.

Willy is a former Royal Marine turned strength coach with a passion for helping others move and train better. He specialises in kettlebells and calisthenics, blending discipline with practical experience to help people build strength, mobility, and resilience that carries beyond the gym.

Meet Diddy - our calisthenics instructor here at Loka. She runs MetCon plus Abs, Legs & Glutes classes, and loves helping people get stronger, more mobile, and fitter in a way that sticks. Whether it’s strength, mobility, or weight loss, Diddy’s all about making progress feel doable (and even fun).
